Any personal information we gather will only be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulations, this notice, and for the purpose stated at the time we gather it.  We never sell or lease your personal information to third parties without your permission.  We may use data to analyse demographic and other statistical information about the popularity and effectiveness of our website but this information will never be made available outside of the Trust.  In all cases, your information will only ever be used for the specific reasons for which it was gathered and any consent preferences you provide will be respected.  Data collected through Google Analytics at a user or event level (i.e. is associated with cookies or user identifiers) is retained for a maximum of 26 months, after which time it is deleted.

Our website contains links to other websites.  We don't have any control over the content or operation of websites we link to, so we can't be held responsible for the protection and privacy of any information you provide on those websites and the websites we link to aren't governed by this privacy statement.  Before submitting any personal information to any website we have linked to, you should look at their privacy statements to make sure you are happy with how they will handle your data.
